I believe to recieve all of these satellites I would need a dish with dual LNB's or even tri LNB's, could you confirm this?

I have seen a Quad LNB 60 cm dish (ebay 35) Can someone explain to me about multi LNB's please. Is it one physical LNB right, that can pick up up to 4 Sats? What range does it have ie how far apart can the 4 be?focusroom.
